On Friday, September 26, 2025, Shantice Wright had the pleasure of presenting at the AAACE Conference. Shantice shared her professional journey as a social worker, from humble beginnings in an inner city, to becoming a change agent, holistic health practitioner, educator, and professional scholar. Throughout her presentation, Shantice shared about the importance of educators integrating self-care, holistic health, and social work frameworks into academia, personal and professional living.
Shantice Wright served as the Phi Alpha Honor Society Chapter Secretary during the 2024-2025 school year. In this role, Shantice engaged with fellow chapter members, participated in on-campus events, and interacted with an extended community of academics and professionals by managing the chapter’s social media page.
