Intersectional Feminist Theory was the central framework of this research project.


Gaps in literature related to the need for intergenerational mentorship amongst child welfare professionals and leadership, the lack of diversity and representation within leadership roles, heavily-focused data sourcing from individuals who identify as female and seasoned workers, and limited information about the benefits of holistic wellness for child welfare professionals.
